How to Enter with a Purchase

From Sunday, August 23 through Saturday, August 29, 2026, receive:

One entry for every $40 spent.

Qualifying purchases may be made:

• In-store at Heartland Quilt Supply Co.
• Online at HeartlandQuiltSupplyCo.com
• Online purchases through third party platforms

Spend $40 and receive one entry. Spend $80 and receive two entries. Spend $120 and receive three entries.

There is no limit to the number of purchase-based entries you may earn during the giveaway period.

Online purchases made during the giveaway period will be entered automatically using the name and contact information associated with the order.

Limit one no-purchase entry per person. The form must be submitted by 5:00 PM CDT on Saturday, August 29, 2026.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random after the giveaway period closes and will be contacted using the information provided with the winning entry.

The winner does not need to be present at the event to win.

The sewing machine must be picked up at Heartland Quilt Supply Co. unless other arrangements are approved by the shop.

Giveaway Terms

The giveaway begins on August 23, 2026, and ends at 5:00 PM CDT on August 29, 2026.

One purchase-based entry will be awarded for each complete $40 spent during the giveaway period. Qualifying totals are calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

No purchase is necessary. One no-purchase entry may be submitted per person through the official online entry form.

All eligible entries have an equal chance of being selected. A purchase does not increase the chance that an individual entry will be selected.

The prize is one EverSewn Sparrow 30 Sewing Machine. The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, store credit, or another product. Winner must pick up at Heartland Quilt Supply Co. during regular business hours, or pay for shipping and any costs associated with shipping the machine (including but not limited to tariffs, import fees, taxes, etc). 

Returns, canceled orders, duplicate entries, incomplete entries, automated entries, or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification or removal of associated entries.

Employees of Heartland Quilt Supply Co. and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.

The winner will be selected at random and contacted by Heartland Quilt Supply Co. If the selected winner cannot be reached or does not respond within the timeframe provided, another winner may be selected.
