Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time on August 23, 2026 and ends at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on August 29, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.


Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Heartland Quilt Supply Co. and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited by law.


Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

EverSewn Sparrow 30 Sewing Machine

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $485 MSRP

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.


How to Enter

Purchase Entry

During the Promotion Period, receive:

  • One (1) entry for every $40 spent in a single transaction.
  • Purchases made in-store or online at HeartlandQuiltSupplyCo.com qualify.
  • Multiple entries may be earned based on qualifying purchases.

Returns or refunded purchases may result in removal of associated entries.

Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase:

Visit Heartland Quilt Supply Co. website during the Promotion Period and complete Official Sweepstakes Entry Form.

Complete the form with:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

Submit the completed entry before the Sweepstakes closes.

Limit one (1) free entry per person, per day.

No purchase is required.


Winner Selection

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted on or about August 30, 2026.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.


Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided on the winning entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.


Prize Claim

Winner may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID before receiving the prize.

Prize must be picked up from 216 S Marietta, Excelsior Springs MO during regular business hours within thirty (30) days of notification unless otherwise agreed by Sponsor. Prize can be shipped if winner pays shipping. 


Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Heartland Quilt Supply Co. to use the winner’s name, city, state, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.


General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.


Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Heartland Quilt Supply Co., its owners, employees, and representatives from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.


Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering this Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.
