Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at heartlandquiltllc@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. We offer a full refund to the original payment method upon receipt of the returned item, or we will exchange items for the same or like item if it’s in stock. (We can make arrangements at time of RMA request). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do NOT accept returns of used merchandise unless there is a defect, in which case we may have send you to the manufacturer for warranty repairs. We do not accept returns of cut fabric.
